Results-Based Money-Back Guarantee
If you fully participate in The Metabolic Mentorship for the full six months and do not achieve meaningful progress toward your stated weight-loss and metabolic health goals, you may request a full refund.
Meaningful progress includes improvements in one or more pre-established metabolic health markers—such as HbA1c, fasting glucose, fasting insulin, cholesterol, blood pressure—or other metrics identified by you or your physician at the start of the program.
This guarantee exists because when clients actively engage with the process, results reliably follow.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the guarantee, all of the following must be met:
1. Program Duration
-
No refund requests will be considered prior to completion of the full six-month program.
2. Curriculum Completion
-
100% of The Metabolic Mentorship curriculum must be completed.
3. Coaching Call Participation
-
You must attend a minimum of 6 live coaching calls per month.
-
You must receive direct coaching on at least 4 of those calls per month (i.e., be coached, not only observe).
4. Check-In Compliance
-
A minimum of 8 check-in forms per month must be completed and submitted on time.
5. Communication & Escalation
-
Any concerns regarding progress, outcomes, adherence challenges, or medical considerations must be communicated directly to Erin during the program so they can be addressed in real time.
-
Lack of progress must be raised during the program, not retrospectively at its conclusion.
Important Points
-
This guarantee reflects outcomes under active participation, not passive enrollment.
-
The program is collaborative and adaptive; results depend on timely communication, coaching engagement, and implementation.
-
This guarantee does not apply to clients who discontinue participation, miss required engagements, or fail to follow the participation standards outlined above.
I want this program to work as badly as you do, and I have 100% confidence it will, as long as you meet me in this partnership, 50/50.
